If you're looking for a device to track your health, this is a good one. I don't personally prefer big watches and I am into analog watches so I don't want a smart watch to replace that, so I was looking for band form factor device which is capable of monitoring stress and energy levels (hrv based). This device does a overall good job at tracking different health metrics, along with basic workout /steps/heart rate tracking. It also supports spo2 but I feel the reading is always on lower side so can't really be trusted.Battery sleep tracking, continuous hr tracking and spo2 tracking during sleep lasts 3.5 to 4 days with moderate workout sessions.As of now there is nothing comparable to this device in the same form factor, but I am hoping garmin comes up with a newer device in the same form factor with higher battery back up, better spo2 tracking and more workouts and possibly little more responsive display.Current display is good but sometimes doesn't recognize the gestures so I have to tap multiple times for it to respond. This is my biggest complaint with this device and reason for taking away one star.

Received Genuine Product. It's a smartband with heartrate & sp02 monitoring along with VO2 & sleep tracking. Heartrate was quite accurate but sp02 was totally wrong. Its showing 95 when testing on oxymeter, it's showing 98. Tried lot of times but sp02 results doesn't match anywhere near.The strap is really small for adult wrist. Garmin should give customers option of buying separate straps. Overall other than sp02, VIVOSMART4 Band is quite good with results. My primary objective of buying was sleep tracking which is quite accurate.
