I have been using this for a month.Battery lasts for 5 days on wrist.Accuracy is perfect, tracks your heart beat,sleep cycle ,steps and workout.Sometimes syncing with App takes time, other wise good.Other App notification also works good when connected with Bluetooth.If put in water lock requires multiple holds to unlock.All over its a great one for anyone who wants to try a fitness band
