I bought this laptop for my sister for educational purposes. Though it is a renewed laptop it is in good condition. There are some small issues but those can be ignored.The customer team will get in touch with you as soon as you raise an issue.

Few problems like unable to reduce screen brightness, while adjusting the screen it automatically trun off and again ok, adjusting screen problem.

Though while unboxing found some minor dent/scratches but still it seems to be a sturdy product.Laptop bag and secondary battery are not there with this product. cant say anything about performance as its too early to say something coz I haven't yet used it.
