Product is good, my only concern is i got this parcel today and the outside packaging was sealed but inside the box was like how it's shows in picture. So please clarify it comes like this only or it has any default like used item?

Good battery backup and sound quality, but several cons like delayed connection & switch on/off, easily comes off out of ears due to rigidity of connecting cable.
